结构价格，又称构成价或推定价，也是确定正常价值的一种方法。特别是自美国《1974年贸易法》将低于成本的销售纳入倾销范畴之后，这种方法在反倾销实践中的运用日趋频繁。对于结构价格的构成《反倾销协议》是“用原产地国的生产成本加上合理的销售费用，一般费用和管理费用以及合理的利润”进行计算。
