结外淋巴瘤是指发生于淋巴结以外的淋巴瘤，其发生率、组织学类型、临床分期、临床预后等均有其自身特点。但有些部位的淋巴瘤至今尚难以界定，如韦氏环淋巴瘤，目前多划为结外。根据其组织来源，结外淋巴瘤可分为两大类，即粘膜相关淋巴瘤（MALT）及粘膜非相关淋巴瘤。
