经销(Distribution)是指在国际贸易中经销商按照约定条件为国外供货商销售产品。双方订立协议或相互约定，由供货商向经销商定期、定量供应货物，经销商在本国市场上销售。经销商与供货商之间也是买卖关系，经销商必须自垫资金购买供货商的货物，自行销售，自负盈亏，自担风险。
