对22例腰椎间盘突出症患者全部行经皮腰椎间盘切吸术(APLD),术后随访8～12个月,认为此方法有效、安全,优良率与传统的外科手术髓核摘除术相近,对腰椎失稳影响很小,现将治疗体会报道如下.
