纵缝【longitudinal joint】指的是在水泥混凝土路面板上设置的平行于道路中线的缝。纵缝有平缝、企口缝等形式。一般采用平缝加拉杆的形式。拉杆采用螺纹钢筋，其位置设在板厚的中央。纵缝的布置形式很多,归结起来,可分为:(1)垂直纵缝,(2)错缝,(3)斜缝。垂直纵缝是采用最多的一种浇筑混凝土坝的方法。一般在纵缝面上须留设键槽,布置灌浆系统,在坝体冷却到稳定温度时进行灌浆封堵。从结构上来看,纵缝将完整的断面切割为几块,会引起显著的应力重分布。所以一般对纵缝必须进行灌浆处理。由于这些耗费巨大,需要强大的冷却容量,而且不能在坝体浇筑后即行蓄水,对工程建设总的进度有影响。
