粒度分布是指用特定的仪器和方法反映出粉体样品中不同粒径颗粒占颗粒总量的百分数。有区间分布和累计分布两种形式。区间分布又称为微分分布或频率分布,它表示一系列粒径区间中颗粒的百分含量。累计分布也叫积分分布,它表示小于或大于某粒径颗粒的百分含量。
