简明精神病评定量表，英文简称BPRS(Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale )。该量表是在精神科广泛应用的专业评定量表之一，一共有18项。按5类因子进行记分，并将量表协作组增添的两个项目（工作和自知力）也包括在内。 BPRS是一个评定精神病性症状严重程度的量表，适用于具有精神病性症状的大多数重性精神病患者，尤其适宜于精神分裂症患者。
采用日常生活能力量表（ADL）对两组患者生活能力情况进行评定，并用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）观察两组患者的预后。
