等张收缩(isotonic contraction),张力保持恒定而长度发生变化的肌肉收缩。人体实现各种加速运动和位移运动的基础。当外加负荷较小时,肌肉克服负荷的时间较短,收缩速度较快,极端情况下负荷水平为零(即肌肉张力为零),肌肉收缩速度达到最大,称为最大收缩速度;反之,当外加负荷较大时,肌肉克服负荷的时间较长,收缩速度较慢,当肌肉张力达到最大值仍无法克服外加负荷时,肌肉收缩速度为零,此时即出现等张收缩。
