上海第一医药股份有限公司前身为上海商业网点发展实业股份有限公司,系于1992 年5 月13 日经上海市人民政府办公室以沪府财贸(92)第178号文批准设立的股份有限公司。公司股票于1994 年2 月24 日在上海证券交易所上市交易。 经公司第十一次股东大会的决议通过,并于2002 年9 月9 日获上海市工商行政管理局的核准，领取了新的营业执照,公司名称正式变更为“上海第一医药股份有限公司”。
