竹浆是纸浆的一种。以毛竹、楠竹、慈竹等竹材为原料，常用硫酸盐法和烧碱法等制得。也有将嫩竹经脱青，用石灰腌制成半熟料。纤维形态和长度，介于木材与草类纤维之间。易施胶，竹浆为中等纤维长度的纸浆，细而柔软。浆张松厚度、撕裂度高，耐破强度和抗张强度较低。有较高的机械强度。
