竞争策略又称C策略(C strategy)，格莱姆（R.H.Grime，1979）提出植物演替的三个基本策略之一。具备竞争策略的植物种适应于低程度搅动和低程度拥挤的环境条件。从演替发展的观点看，竞争策略者物种占优势的时期是演替经历了先锋群落阶段后的一个中间发展阶段。在该阶段内主要资源用于竞争，该阶段的末期竞争策略者物种逐渐下降并为拥挤忍受策略者所代替。
