立向是风水学中最重要的事情之一。玄空派风水学中，有立正向与兼向之分。先说立正向：指罗盘外红色垂线交叉之线压着某字的中心，没有丝毫偏斜。立正山正向的目的主要是取山向纯清之气不夹杂其它卦气或字向。
