租金押金： RMB （ 1 个月）， 乙方须于合同签定当日交付甲方租赁押金，押金不可用于抵付房租。
Deposit: RMB ( 1 month), party B should pay the deposit in full to party A once signing of the contract. The deposit cannot be balanced out as the rent.
合同签署后，必须按合同约定的租金支付2年的租金作为厂房建设定金，同时支付三个月的租金作为厂房租赁押金。
