学科:矿石选冶试验 词目:离析法 英文:segregation process 释文:又称氧化—还原离析法(oxida-tion-reduction segregation process)。处理有色金属氧化矿石的一种选矿方法。其过程是将有色金属氧化矿石加入一定量的氯化钠和碳粉(森炭或焦炭),在700~1100℃温度下进行还原焙烧,使其中的金属氧化物还原成金属,然后用黄药将其浮出(对金属镍则用磁选法将其选出)。此法的技术较复杂、成本高,目前仅用来处理难选的氧化铜和氧化镍矿石。
