因接触磷剂而引起的中毒。有急性、慢性之分。磷有黄磷、红磷、紫磷和黑磷4种同素异构。黄磷又称白磷，毒性最大。人吸收量达1mg／kg即可致死。职业性急性中毒多见于生产事故，由熔化的磷灼伤皮肤，并吸收入体内产生中毒。日常生活中可因误服黄磷而引起中毒。
