目的:考察硫熏干燥法对百合有效成分的影响。
Objective: To determine the effect of sulphur fumigation on the effective components of lily.
结果:硫熏后百合的总磷脂、总多糖及总皂苷含量都明显降低。
Results: The content of total phosphatide, total polysaccharides and total Saponins are all decreased observably after sulphur fumed.
结论:产地加工时应彻底抛弃硫熏干燥法,采用安全的烘干法。
Conclusion: Sulphur fumigation should be abandoned completely on lily, and replaced by safe drying method.
