真武汤，中医方剂名。为祛湿剂，具有温阳利水之功效。主治阳虚水泛证。畏寒肢厥，小便不利，心下悸动不宁，头目眩晕，身体筋肉瞤动，站立不稳，四肢沉重疼痛，浮肿，腰以下为甚；或腹痛，泄泻；或咳喘呕逆。舌质淡胖，边有齿痕，舌苔白滑，脉沉细。临床常用于治疗慢性肾小球肾炎、心源性水肿、甲状腺功能低下、慢性支气管炎、慢性肠炎、肠结核等属脾肾阳虚，水湿内停者。
