直接还原是指用固体碳将金属氧化物还原成金属的过程，属还原熔炼范畴。在还原中当有固体碳存在时，还原过程分两步进行。首先是CO将金属氧化物还原： MeO+CO===Me+CO2 式中Me代表某一金属。反应生成的CO2与固体碳进行碳的气化反应，即布多尔(Boudouad)反应： CO2+C===2CO 重新产生的CO维持反应的继续进行。

The activity of catalyst was higher when the direct reduction method was used than the calcination-reduction method. The optimized preparation conditions of catalysts are as follows: calcination temperature 450℃~500℃,reduction temperature 400℃,reduction time 6 hours.
