直列四缸是内燃机的汽缸排列型式之一，在排量小于2.0升的四缸内燃机中最常见。因为直列四缸的四个气缸成直线排列，所以又叫同轴四缸。最小的直列四缸发动机是1961年Mazda P360 Carol keicar。
