壳呈长卵圆形,最大壳长约200毫米。壳表呈绿黑色,螺旋部高。螺肋较平,粗糙均匀,具放射状瘤肋。呼吸孔呈锥状,前端4~5个开孔。壳口内唇遮缘宽,自后向前延伸至壳口3/4处。壳内珍珠光泽略带绿色,右侧壳肋痕明显,卵圆形。
