盐焗鸡是一道久负盛名的客家菜,也是广东本地客家招牌菜式之一,流行于广东深圳、梅州、惠州、河源等地,现已成为享誉国内外的经典菜式,原材料是鸡、盐和盐焗粉等,口味咸。 2015年,盐焗鸡烹饪技艺被列入惠州市第六批市级非物质文化遗产名录。
