皮下出血（subcutaneous hemorrhage）是一种病症。根据皮下出血的直径大小及伴随情况可分为以下几种：1、小于2mm称为瘀点；2、3~5mm称为紫癜；3、大于5mm称为瘀斑；4、片状出血并伴有皮肤显著隆起称为血肿。皮下出血的同时要注意有否牙龈出血、鼻出血、月经过多和发热、贫血等情况，应去医院作进一步诊治。
