Furthermore, PVC significantly increased the 1- year disease-free survival rate of stage Ⅱ HCC patients after operation. CONCLUSION: Prophylactic PVC can delay early recurrence of stage Ⅱ HCC with multiple lesions or portal vein tumor thrombus.
