电极压力是指电阻焊时，通过电极施加在工件上的压力。是电阻点焊的主要规范参数之一，对焊点质量影响较大。当电极压力过小时，接触电阻增大，电流密度过大，加热速度过快，从而产生喷溅；当电极压力过大时，焊接区接触面积增加，接触电阻减小，产生的电阻热减小，将造成未熔合、脱焊等缺陷。而在熔核冷却结晶时，合适的压力可以防止缩孔及裂纹等缺陷的产生。因此在线监测动态电极压力对保证点焊质量具有重要意义。
So a measure system of current and electrode force signal is developed, which can realize real-time acquirement of both signals, and the change of nugget quality can be effectively reflected.
