甲基对硫磷俗称甲基1605，学名O,O-二甲基-O-(4－硝基苯基)硫代磷酸酯，一种有机磷杀虫剂。工业产品为带蒜臭的黄棕色油状液体，纯品为白色结晶，熔点36～36.5℃，难溶于水，易溶于有机溶剂，加热会异构化，高温或遇碱易分解。急性毒性LD50值：对大白鼠经口为14～24mg/kg，对兔经皮为300～400mg/kg，属高毒级农药。 2017年10月27日，世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构公布的致癌物清单初步整理参考，甲基对硫磷在3类致癌物(对人体致癌性尚未归类的物质或混合物 )清单中。
