用户偏好定义为用户在考量商品和服务的时候所做出的理性的具有倾向性的选择，是用户认知、心理感受及理性的经济学权衡的综合结果。日常生活中“偏好”这个概念被自觉和不自觉的广泛使用着，人们往往借助自己的偏好来辅助日常的相关决策，或者仅仅使用偏好表达喜好和倾向性意见方面的意向，而并不涉及到实际的选择。更多的情况下我们需要面对和处理更加复杂的偏好分析情况，比如条件偏好，也就是用户在做出倾向性选择和意向性判断的时候需要满足一定的条件和前提。
