生态幅（ecological amplitude ）又称生态价。指某一生物对环境因子的耐受范围，即其生态上的最高点与最低点之间的范围。主要由该物种的遗传特性决定。生态幅由生物种适应范围较窄的环境因子(即限制因子)所限制，并由生物临界期的耐性决定。例如，生物的繁殖期一般为临界期，这时某一生态因子的不足或过多，最易起限制作用，从而造成生物繁殖期的生态幅比营养期窄。生态幅与环境相互作用决定了生物的分布区，地球上几乎没有任何不同的生物的分布区是完全重叠。
