什么是环比？ 环比发展速度是报告期水平与前一时期水平之比，表明现象逐期的发展速度。如计算一年内各月与前一个月对比，即2月比1月，3月比2月，4月比3月 ……12月比11月，说明逐月的发展程度。如分析抗击"非典"期间某些经济现象的发展趋势，环比比同比更说明问题。 同比的环比的说法是建立在“统计期间”概念的基础上的 与“上一统计期间”相比称为“环比” 与去年的“同一统计期间”相比称为“同比”。这里之所以是“去年”，是因为一般一年的时间是一个比较合适的时间长短，可以反应大致的发展趋势 当然如果由于分析标的的特殊性，需要以一周为分析周期，分析一周的每一天的情况，那么也可以说：本周二对周一是环比，对上周二是同比 总之一切取决于你统计期间的选择 与上一统计段比较，例如2005年7月份与2005年6月份相比较称其为环比。 用2005年7月的数值减去2005年6月的数值，最后算出来的是负值，就叫做环比下降。
