煤灰熔融性是指在规定条件下,随加热温度的变化,煤的灰分的变形、软化和流动特征的 物理状态。 煤的灰分的主要成分有SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、 Fe2O3等,它没有固定的熔点,当其加热到一定温度时开始局部熔化,随着温度升高,熔化部分增加,到某一温度时全部熔化。这种逐渐熔化的过程,使煤灰试样产生变形、软化和流动。所以人们就以与变形、软化和流动这三态相应的温度来表征煤的熔融性。
