Numerical simulation and experimental research on the warm deep drawing process of AZ31 magnesium alloy were carried out, and the influences of process parameters, such as blank holding force, velocity of deep drawing and temperature were investigated.
通过AZ31镁合金筒形件热拉深数值模拟及热拉深实验,研究了压边力、凸凹模间隙、拉深速度、温度对平底筒形件和球底筒形件拉深成形的影响,结果表明,升高温度能够改善筒形件的壁厚分布,提高极限拉深比。
