《热工学》是研究建筑物室内外热湿作用对建筑围护结构和室内热环境的影响的专著,是建筑物理的组成部分。热工学的主要任务是研究如何创造适宜的室内热环境,以满足人们工作和生活的需要。属于室外的气候因素有太阳辐射、室外空气的温湿度、风、雨、雪和地下建筑物周围的土壤或岩体的温度和裂隙水等。这些因素所起的作用,统称为室外热湿作用。由于室外热湿作用经常变化,建筑物围护结构本身及由其围成的内部空间的室内热环境也随之产生相应的变化。
