热塑性橡胶，简称TPE，又称热塑性弹性体，是一类在常温下显示橡胶弹性、受热时呈可塑性的高分子材料。 这类材料兼有热塑性的加工成型特征和硫化橡胶的橡胶弹性性能。热塑性橡胶是在20世纪50年代初期出现的，但是1965年后才得到少许应用，目前国外热塑性橡胶的发展异常迅速，已构成一个新的工业原料体系，被称为“第三代橡胶”。
