烤白薯，也叫烤番薯、煨番薯、烤地瓜、烤苕，是中国街边小吃之一，历史悠久，尤其常见于冬天。从前街边小贩多以柴火放在大圆铁桶内煨番薯，其后才用火力较持久的炭取代。吃时要趁热吃，否则凉了以后，烤白薯多会变硬。如同另外一种小吃“白薯干”。香港，现在一年四季也有烤白薯卖，冬天卖紫心番薯，其余时间便卖黄番薯。
