宋话本小说分类之一。《都城纪胜》:“说话有四家。一者小说,谓之银字儿,如烟粉、灵怪、传奇、说公案(皆是搏刀赶棒及发迹变泰之事)、说铁骑儿(谓士马金鼓之事)。”罗烨《醉翁谈录》著录烟粉类话本,有《燕子楼》、《钱塘佳梦》等。后人或谓:“烟粉,意谓烟花粉黛,男女情感之事也。”
