灵敏限是指仪表在刻度起点处引起输出变化的输入量的变化的最小值。为了取得灵敏限的明确性,通常用死区来表示输入的变化,即不至于引起有可察觉任何变化有限区间。在仪表的任何一个刻度上输出变化的最小输入变化值δ则称为仪表的灵敏限。通常灵敏限的数值应不大于仪表允许绝对误差的一半。
