滹沱河，古又作虖池或滹池，当地人俗称糊涂河，是海河水系子牙河的上游支流之一。它发源于山西省繁峙县泰戏山桥儿沟村一带，向西南流经恒山与五台山之间，至界河折向东流，切穿系舟山和太行山，东流至河北省献县臧桥与滏阳河相汇成子牙河后入海。滹沱河全长587公里，流域面积2.73万平方公里。
