消费观念（Consumption Concept）是人们对待其可支配收入的指导思想和态度以及对商品价值追求的取向，是消费者主体在进行或准备进行消费活动时对消费对象、消费行为方式、消费过程、消费趋势的总体认识评价与价值判断。 消费观念的形成和变革是与一定社会生产力的发展水平及社会、文化的发展水平相适应的。经济发展和社会进步使人们逐渐摒弃了自给自足、万事不求人等传统消费观念，代之以量入为出、节约时间、注重消费效益、注重从消费中获得更多的精神满足等新型消费观念。
