An individual can attain nirvana by following the Buddhist path.
佛言：“万法唯心所造。”轮回和涅槃都是自心的映相。意识的本质从无始以来就是我们的心，直到现在。
Buddha said: "All of Dharmadhatu came from our mind.". Samsara and Nirvana are reflections of our mind. The nature of consciousness is our mind from beginning-less till now.
能依佛所说的法去修行，直截了当可达涅槃之境。
If we can cultivate according to the Dharma that the Buddha spoke, then straightaway, we can realize the state of Nirvana.
