海萝，Gloiopeltis furcata (Post. et Rupr.) J. Ag.，内枝藻科海萝属的红藻类植物。
它们大多营定生生活，固着于底表，主要分布在透光的潮间带和潮下带；有些种类，如红藻类的海萝 (Gloiopeltis)和红树，可以生活在潮上带，退潮后能长时间经受太阳的酷晒。
