浮心(center of buoyancy)是指浮体或潜体水下部分体积的形心。当浮体方位在铅直面内发生偏转时，其水下部分的体积虽保持不变，但其形状却发生变化，因而浮心的位置也相应地移动。浮心和重心的相对位置对于判断浮体是否为稳定平衡有重要意义。
