酶的活性部位（又称活性中心） 酶的催化作用是通过其与底物形成复合物（即中间产物）降低反应能阈来实现的。酶是一个大分子蛋白质，而底物往往是小分子化合物，现已证实，酶分子表面不是任何部位都能与底物相结合的。只有称为酶的活性部位才能与底物结合并进行催化作用。
