泡罩塔是指以泡罩作为塔盘上气液接触元件的一种板式塔。塔盘主要由带有若干个泡罩和升气管的塔板、溢流堰、受液盘及降液管组成。液体由上层塔盘通过降液管，经泡罩横流过塔盘，由溢流堰进入降液管。蒸汽自下而上进入泡罩的升气管中，经泡罩的齿缝分散到泡罩间的液层中去，与液体充分接触。优点是生产能力大，不易堵塞，操作弹性大。缺点是结构复杂，气相扭力降较大。
