国际私法中的法律规避（英文：evasion of law）又称“法律欺诈”，是指国际民商事法律关系的当事人故意制造某种连接点以避开本应适用的对其不利的法律，从而使对自己有利的法律得以适用的一种行为。一些国家的立法及司法实践常常对法律规避行为持宽容的态度，不加禁止或限制，不仅它们的立法根本没有作出规定，而且其司法实践多不对此进行审查。这就相应地纵容了法律规避现象的产生和繁衍。法律规避现象的增多，影响了各国法律的威严。
