污泥干化 又称污泥脱水,是指通过渗滤或蒸发等作用,从污泥中去除大部分含水量的过程,一般指采用污泥干化场(床)等自蒸发设施。污泥浓缩后,用物理方法进一步降低污泥的含水率,便于污泥的运送、堆积、利用或作进一步处理。脱水(干化)有自然蒸发法和机械脱水法两种。习惯上称机械脱水法为污泥脱水,称自然蒸发法为污泥干化。方法虽异,但都是进一步降低污泥含水率的措施。
