永磁合金指经充磁后，在撤掉外磁场时仍能保留较高剩磁的磁性合金。永磁合金不但具有高的硬度和力学性能，还具备较强的抗去磁能力、矫顽力值高(大于20kA/m)、磁性“硬”等特点，因而又称硬磁合金。
