永久荷载又称恒载。是指结构在使用期内其值不随时间变化或其变化与平均值相比可忽略不计，或其变化是单调的并能趋于限值的荷载。主要由结构重力，预加应力，土的重力及土侧压力，混凝土收缩及徐变影响力，基础变位的影响力及水的浮力组成。
