气肿，病证名。 ①水肿以气滞为主者。《丹溪心法·水肿》：“气肿者，皮厚，四肢瘦削，腹胁胀膨。”多因气滞湿郁水凝所致。治宜理气化湿，消肿除满，用橘皮煎丸、加味枳术汤、控涎丹、推车丸、增损流气饮等方。 ②皮肤局部肿痛。《诸病源候论·气肿候》：“气肿者，其壮如痈，无头，虚肿，色不变，皮上急痛，手才着，便即痛，此风邪搏于气所生也。”
