气滞指脏腑、经络之气阻滞不畅。可因饮食邪气或七情郁结而致；亦可因体弱气虚不运而引起。随所滞之脏腑经络而出现不同症状。气滞于脾则胃纳减少，胀满疼痛，气滞于肝则肝气横逆，胁痛易怒，气滞于肺则肺气不清，痰多喘咳。气滞于经络则该经所过之部位疼痛或运动障碍，或出现与该经有关之症状。气为血帅，气滞过甚则可引起血瘀。
