桃浦板块位于普陀区的西北部，大致范围是桃浦路以北，真北路以西，距离市中心相当远，它是上海中心城区西北部的物流区，中环房价的低谷。板块内的商业配套除桃浦镇中心还算全之外，其余地区的配套都有所欠缺，人气相对不足。另外，桃浦小户型的房子特别多，单价相比其他区域明显偏低，周边物价也相当便宜，很适合中低收入人群的工薪层级居住和生活。
