枣缩果病,又称枣萎蔫果病、枣雾蔫病等,是我国各大枣区的主要病害之一。发生缩果病的枣果首先在果肩或胴部出现黄褐色不规则变色斑,进而果皮出现水渍状、土黄色,边缘不清,后期果皮变为暗红色,收缩,且无光泽。果肉病区由外向内出现褐色斑、土黄色松软。病果吃起来味苦。果柄变为褐色或黑褐色。整个病果瘦小,于成熟前脱落。

The development and factors of jujube-fruit shrink disease in 6 jujube gardens in Taigu county were studied.
结果表明:枣缩果病的发生与枣果发育期、树龄、枝龄、树势、气象因子、立地条件、虫害、栽培条件及栽培品种有密切关系。
The results showed that the shrink of fruit is closely related with fruit development, tree age, branch age, tree vigor, stand site, weather factor, insect attack, management, and variety.
